Scholarships and Grants

 Scholarships and grants are awarded by the various institutions that are funded by the Coulter Foundation to outstanding students who need financial assistance in continuing or completing degrees in the fields of

• Mining

• Mineral Economics

• Business

• Education

• Engineering

• Law

• Medical research

• Nursing

The Foundation awards grants to the mineral economics program at Colorado School of Mines as well as making funds available to other universities, colleges, and hospitals for student financial assistance.

These grants are tributes honoring the founding trustees of the Viola Vestal Coulter Foundation and memorializing the memory of Viola and William Coulter.
